Der Chefunterhändler der EU in Sachen Brexit, Michel Barnier, hat laut Angaben eines EU-Offiziellen verlautbart, dass ein Deal mit der Regierung Johnsons fast fertig sei:

Unklar ist, was mit „fast“ gemeint ist. So oder so: Johnson ist jetzt wohl genau da, wo Theresa May schon einmal war, dann aber mit ihrer mit der EU getroffenen Vereinbarung im brtischen Parlament gescheitert war! Stehen die Chancen diesmal besser?
Eigentlich sollte die Regierung Johnson bis heute Morgen einen Textvorschlag schicken, was aber offenkundig bisher nicht passiert ist:

Nun sollen die Gespräche auf höchster Ebene ab 15.30Uhr deutscher Zeit fortgesetzt werden:
