Das US-BIP (1.Quartal, letzte Veröffentlichung) ist mit -1,6% schwächer ausgefallen als erwartet (2.Veröffentlichung war -1,5%; Prognose war -1,4%, die Bank of America prognostizierte -2,0%) – wenn nun auch das 2.Quartal negativ ausfallen würde (was durchaus möglich ist nach Stand heute), dann wären die USA bereits in einer (technischen) Rezession!
Der Der von der Fed stark beachtete BIP-Deflator (Preisindex des BIP) steigt um +8,2% (Prognose war +8,1%; Vorquartal war +7,1%)
Der persönliche Konsum liegt bei nur +1,8% (Prognose war +3,1%)
Die Kernrate PCE liegt bei +5,2% (Prognose war +5,1%)
